The play Rumpelstiltskin revolves around a young and innocent girl, Lisa, who lives with her doting parents. Lisa not only can bake well but she also can weaves cloth and spins thread.
One day , Lisa's parents told the king that she can spin straw into gold. The king take Lisa to her palace and placed her in a high tower.
On the first and second night , the little man named Rumpelstiltskin helped her to spin straw into gold but with expecting things. That means the little man was not sincere. One night , the little man want to help Lisa but Lisa had nothing to give him anymore. Lisa promised that she will give her first-born child to the little man.
A year passes, the little man appears and claimed back Lisa promised. Lisa hug her baby tightly.The little man give her 3 chance a day to guess his name. If Lisa could not guess his name correctly, then , she must give her baby to the little man.
Finally , they guess the little man's name correctly. The little man was very furioused and vanished into a pop of smoke. So, Lisa gets to keep her baby forever and ever. Lisa's parents also learn their lesson.
